Very pleasant

The room was great, and the staff very friendly. Good location also.

Wifi was terrible. 2 to 3 times a day had to ask front desk to reconnect our wifi.

Enough space, worker was ok. The aircon was awesome.

We thought it was okay to bring food from outside but however on the check out they claimed it was not ok. Also they claimed that we ate the water that was on the fridge. We only drank two commentary water but they insisted we drank water on fridge so we said we did not then they said it is not okay to bring water from outside. So then does that mean we have to be dehydrated? Also the wifi was not good always logged out.

I ordered eggs benedict for breakfast and it was OMG!, Being an eggs bendict monster, so far, I rate it 9/10. My rating for this hotel was already scored. I am from Mla, I dont speak their dialect, though I can pickup a little but the staff didnt make me feel alienated at all. Its like I've been there, was there before. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for total vacation, homey, comfy, accessible with value for money, this is the place to go to. I had my own suggestions though and they took it with openness. Not a perfect hotel yes, but I would say, IT IS ONE GREAT HOTEL TO TRY. Kudos to the management.

I already told the front desk officer my suggestion. Hope to see it addressed next time we visit.

I like the location because it is very near to everything especially if you like to hang outs and have some cold drinks. Some staff attends to our needs immediately.

The hair blow dryer and the AC.

The room was not properly cleaned. I saw cockroach crawling on the floor. The edges of the shower room are dirty and moldy. The floor was dusty.

Only im so disappoint to extend for 4hours my stay . I thought its ok im until 5pm coz my flight is 7pm. Disappoint tkaga to check out at 2pm. Frakly i will not check in at ths hotel.

Great pool, but could be noisy

Breakfast is a disgrace. You are given a budget to chose from the menu which is set only to give the cheapest items and will not include drinks. In any hotel of this size and price I would expect tea or coffee and a fruit juice as minimum, a plated meal and toast to follow. It’s noisy, with local bars pumping out loud music into the early hours. Not conducive to a good night’s sleep which should be the purpose of any hotel.

The bed was fine. The breakfast and the coffee was good.

No Internet available in the room. Cockroaches crawling everywhere in bathroom and bedroom. Noisy rattling aircon should have been replaced ages ago. We were placed in 2nd floor. There was a party in the conference room on same floor. We wanted to sleep early but the noise of people running in the corridors made it impossible. At 22:30 I complained at the front desk. Nothing happened. The noise died down around 02:30 so we managed to have 2,5 hrs of sleep before having to drive 300kms the next say. They tried to overcharged for breakfast. We were charged 300pesos for breakfast but the front desk only gave us 210 pesos coupons. We had to argue every morning about this and show their own email forwarded to us before they gave in. Poor customer service.

We did like the facilities, amenities, and the welcoming staffs.

We were just disappointed that we did not maximized the usage of some of your amenities like the swimminh pool. If only we had known that it is no swimsuit no swim, then we may have brought with us some piece.

Since the hotel is more than 5 years old, they need to renovate the room. Pool is ok for the children and good location for shopping malls and restaurant. Only the room facilities is the problem and the rest are okay.

Room facilities, the water smell badly and tiles in the washroom are broken. ceiling is dirty.
